ace671 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ace671 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ace671 website at ace671.org, including all games, betting markets, promotions, account services, payment processing, and any other features or content made available through the platform.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any part of the ace671 platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes;
• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;

To register and maintain an account with ace671, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when placing bets or making deposits.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or agent of ace671, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ace671 platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any pending bonuses or withdrawable balances accrued through irregular account activity.

ace671 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or thereafter, including but not limited to: a valid national identity card, passport, driver's licence, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

All financial transactions on the ace671 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals, though ace671 does not currently impose additional transaction fees on standard payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposits are credited to the player's account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. ace671 does not accept cash deposits or deposits made by a third party on behalf of a player. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method legally registered in the player's own name.

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must be fully verified prior to withdrawal processing;
• Withdrawal requests will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible;
• Withdrawal requests involving bonus funds are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements being met in full before withdrawal is approved;
• ace671 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount is significant or where account activity appears unusual.

ace671 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to believe the funds were obtained through fraudulent activity, system exploitation, or in violation of these Terms.

All content published on the ace671 platform — including but not limited to the ace671 name and logo, game graphics, user interface designs, text, images, software, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of ace671 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent from ace671;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any platform content or software;
• Use the ace671 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests an affiliation with or endorsement by ace671 without written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of ace671's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose the offending party to civil or criminal liability.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ace671 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. ace671 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify ace671 immediately — by contacting us at [email protected] — if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your login credentials have been compromised. ace671 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was caused or facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the ace671 platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction. ace671 makes no representation that accessing the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether their participation is permitted under local law before registering or depositing funds.

The ace671 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace671 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ace671 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any loss of data, account balance errors caused by technical faults, or unauthorised third-party access to your account;
• Reliance on any information or content published on the platform;
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals resulting from third-party payment provider issues beyond ace671's reasonable control.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, ace671's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

ace671 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Use of the platform by an underage individual;
• Operation of duplicate accounts;
• Abuse of bonus structures or promotions;
• Use of software tools or techniques to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without prior resolution attempts with ace671 support.

A player wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with your use of the ace671 platform, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution before pursuing any formal legal process. ace671 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all legitimate complaints promptly and fairly.

ace671 reserves the right to make the final decision on any disputed bets, game results, or promotional rewards in the event of a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest error in odds or game settings. In such circumstances, ace671 may void the relevant bets or results and return stakes to affected players at its sole discretion.

If you have a complaint that has not been resolved to your satisfaction through our support team, you may escalate it in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". ace671 will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) working days and provide a full response within twenty (20) working days where reasonably possible.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ace671 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver. Failure by ace671 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in the future.

Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

Changes to Terms. ace671 may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
